Here are a few pictures of what I think IS the WUC,
lol. Not only is it eleven feet long, and heavier than any piece
of furniture I have ever lifted, it has no fabric left on the
arms, so the stuffing has been falling out and being ripped out by
the dogs. Also it is so many different colors I cant count them,
the bottom is PLAID, ugh, cushions are green and maroon, and some
parts on the back by the arms are different shades of black and
grey, there are holes all over, and to add a nicer touch the dogs
seem to like to vomit on it, so its stained as well, there are
honestly no words to describe this, maybe ugly AND a health
hazard? Here's hoping I win, because I want to get SO rid of this
thing, desperately lol.

This ugly little gem was left behind by the
landlord. It is used for everything but sitting upon, except by
the cats. It does come in handy for company to sit while I'm
making dinner (yes it is inside of the kitchen...)

Soon after we purchased this couch, the arms started caving
in. A few years later, the wood split on the back and is caved in! I still
like the color and the fabric, but it's hideous!!

Actually I put my old ugly couch out for the trash when my son
said he wss bringing me a new mauve couch. It came. It was huge and maroon. He
now has it in his new apartment. This is all I have at the moment.

This is like having a flower garden in your living
room. My Dad bought the whole matching set at a garage sale. He
decided after he got it home that he must have been drunk when he
bought it. He passed away last Oct, so I inherited the whole set. I
couldn't even give it away at his Estate sale.

My grandparents ran an upholstery business and MADE this couch
in 1980 as a wedding present to my parents. This monstrosity is eight and a
half feet long! The cushions are so hard it's like sitting on a rock.
Theoretically, it can seat five people...but our cats won't even use it as a
scratching post.

I was browsing through the Lovely Listings website and saw
this "lovely" sofa. The first thing that popped into my head was
that it deserved a nomination for WUC. Of course, it goes just
"lovely" with the room.

I bought this years ago at auction when going through divorce.
As a single mom I have not been able to afford a new one. The paper hold some
of the grit that is the cushion and fabric disintegrating from age. It is also
about 75 pounds and one leg is broke in the back, so it tends to fall off at
times.

small pieces of down come out of the 'cushions.'

Carrie and I moved into this place in South Lake Tahoe and
someone left this couch behind. I can guess why. the cushions weigh about 20
lbs each. some kind of straw filling. like sitting on a park bench. I wanted
to take it to the dump but Carrie came out of the bedroom wearing these snowboard
pants and said she wanted to keep the couch because it matched her pants. I
had to take a picture when she walked out. too funny.

We've had it for 10 years and it has been the sole piece of
